Before you order
How long does delivery take?
2–4 working days to anywhere in the UK, and delivery is free. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Is it hard to put together?
No. Most people build it in about 15 minutes. All the tools are in the box with picture instructions, and you don't need a drill.
How far does it recline?
The backrest leans right back and the footrest pulls out, so you can lie back with your feet up. Push the lever to unlock it, lean back, and lock it again where you want it.
Will it fit at my desk?
It's 70 cm wide overall and the seat height adjusts from 38–46 cm, which suits most standard desks. Check the armrest height against your desk if it has a low drawer.
How much weight does it hold?
Up to 150 kg, on a metal five-star base.
Is it good for working from home?
Yes. The seat and armrests adjust to your desk, and the removable lumbar pillow adds support for your lower back. It's a comfort chair, not a medical product, so if you have a back condition, check with a professional what suits you.
How do I keep it clean?
Spot-clean the fabric with a slightly damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air-dry. Don't soak it or machine-wash the covers.
Which colours are available?
Charcoal grey. Choose your colour above the Add to cart button.
What if I don't like it?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Full details are in our refund policy. If it arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we'll put it right.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments go through an encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout and we never see your full card details. The total, including VAT and free delivery, is shown before you pay.
